- Mix: 1 bag of Grain Fusion + 125-150 ml of boiling water.
- Optional mix-ins: raisins, maple, cinnamon, vanilla.
- Stir & wait: cover for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Serve: warm up with boiled water if needed.
- Simmer: 1 bag of Grain Fusion + 150ml of liquid over low heat.
- Cook: 6–8 minutes, stirring. Rest 2 minutes to thicken.
- Finish: sweeten and top as you like.
- Protein boost: stir in Greek yogurt or protein powder after soaking.
- Fruit swirl: raisins, mashed banana, diced apples, or berries.
- Crunch: toasted nuts, coconut, cacao nibs.
- Dessert vibes: cocoa + peanut butter; apple + cinnamon; lemon + poppy seed.
